They aim topioneer a "Equipment + Digitalization + Intelligence" paradigm,jointly propelling the exploration of global digital oil and gas fields andintelligent oil and gas fields.

This collaboration, based on the principles of resource sharing andmutual development, involves establishing collaborative R&D teams.Together, they will develop automation, digitization, and intelligencesolutions for various equipment, encompassing onshore and offshore drilling andworkover equipment, fracturing equipment, continuous tubing equipment,cementing equipment, nitrogen injection equipment, compression equipment, andnatural gas processing equipment.
