Strength Through Alliance｜Successful Review Meeting and Purchase Signing Ceremony for the Second Fracturing Unit Project Between KERUI  and CNOOC Energy Development

Recently, the project review meeting andprocurement signing ceremony for the second fracturing unit between KERUIPand CNOOC Energy Technology & Services Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “CNOOC Energy Development”) weresuccessfully concluded. As per the agreement, KERUIwill supply a fullycustomized fracturing unit package for the onshore unconventional oil & gasdevelopment project operated by CNOOC Energy Development Shanxi Branch. Thepackage comprises 16 key units including fracturing pumps, data monitoringvans, sand blending units, and liquid mixing units, which will underpin theproject's efficient execution.

Wang Yujun, ExecutivePresident of KERUI , attended the signing ceremony and delivered a speech. Hepointed out that this signing is a strategic initiative where both parties,based on the general trends of the oil and gas industry, precisely aligndevelopment needs and join hands to promote the efficient development of oiland gas energy. He looks forward to deepening strategic collaboration betweenthe two sides, achieving resource sharing and complementary advantages, andjointly mapping out a new blueprint for oil and gas energy development.
