Major Breakthrough｜KERUI Successfully Delivers 70K Trailer-Mounted Wellhead Replacement Equipment, Setting a New Benchmark in Well Intervention Technology

Recently,the 70K TrailerMounted Wellhead Replacement Equipment, independentlydeveloped and manufactured by KERUI, was successfully delivered and dispatchedto an Oil & Gas field operated by a Southeast Asian Client. The successfuldelivery marks a key technological breakthrough for KERUI in WellIntervention Operations, contributing to safer and more efficient Oil & Gasdevelopment worldwide.

Toaddress key challenges in Pressurized Operation at the Client’s Oil & Gas Field—includingPacker deployment and Wellhead modification—where conventional equipment isoften bulky, poorly integrated, difficult to transport, and costly to mobilize,install, commission, and operate, KERUI developed the 70K TrailerMountedWellhead Replacement Equipment specifically for the client. The system deliversmajor breakthroughs in operational adaptability, system integration, andintelligent capabilities, earning high recognition from the client.

Comparedwith conventional Well Intervention Equipment, This equipment offers multipleadvantages, including easy transportation, high efficiency, energysavings, simple operation, and enhanced safety and reliability. With a maximumlifting and snubbing force of 300 kN, it meets the requirements ofheavy-duty well intervention operations. Equipped with a 0.8ton fullyautomatic articulated boom crane, the system provides 360° unrestrictedrotation and a maximum lifting height of 15 m, enabling it toeffectively handle complex, high-pressure and heavy-duty downhole operating conditions.

Theequipment features an integrated allhydraulic drive system, enabling preciseexecution of the entire operation, including Packer deployment, retrieval,and wellhead replacement. It overcomes the limitations of conventionalequipment, delivering industry-leading stability and operationalperformance.

The equipmentadopts an integrated trailer-mounted modular design featuring astreamlined structure and optimized layout. It incorporates a tiltingmodule, lifting module, height-adjustable lifting module, and a completehydraulic system, with each functional module independently controllable andconfigurable as required. The modular design enables easy disassembly andefficient assembly, effectively addressing challenges associated with thetransportation, installation, and commissioning of large-scale equipment atproject sites, while significantly reducing on-site operation costs.

The equipment is equipped witha high-performance hydraulic control system, comprising a dedicatedhydraulic valve manifold, long-stroke lifting cylinders, high-pressureconnection lines, and an operator control console. The dedicated HydraulicPower Unit provides stable and sufficient power throughout the entireoperation. All critical equipment functions can be controlled directly from theoperator console, enabling a streamlined operating process without the need foradditional manual assistance. Multiple safety protection mechanisms are alsoincorporated to mitigate the risks associated with live-well operations,enabling precise and intelligent control throughout the operation.
